We believe in the one true God, who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is the sovereign Lord of all creation, history, and redemption. We believe that God is perfect in holiness, justice, wisdom, and love.
We believe that the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God, and the supreme and final authority for all matters of faith and life. We believe that the Scriptures reveal God’s saving purpose for humanity, through the person and work of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
We believe that the church is the community of God’s people, who have been redeemed by the blood of Christ, and regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the church is called to worship God in spirit and truth, to preach the gospel to all nations, to make disciples of all people, and to minister to the needs of the world in love. We believe that the church practices two ordinances: baptism by immersion as a sign of identification with Christ, and the Lord’s Supper as a memorial of Christ’s death and a proclamation of his return.
To be a church that glorifies God by making disciples empowered with the Word of God who will passionately share the gospel of Jesus Christ with courage and confidence.
